Rebecca Waters is Vice President - Leasing. She is responsible for leasing associates and activities in EDENS' Southeast region. Based in Atlanta, Waters has more than 25 years of retail real estate experience and holds the Certified Leasing Specialist, Certified Shopping Center Manager and Certified Property Manager designations. Before joining EDENS, she was Director of Leasing with Spectrum Realty Advisors in Atlanta. Waters received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida.
